RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you adore every Solana piece — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase. All returns must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free from any signs of wear, including makeup, tan, or deodorant marks.
Please note:
Swimwear and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and clearance policies.
At this time, we are only able to offer exchanges or store credit. Refunds are only issued for items that are faulty, and have been assessed and approved by our team.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@solanadesign.com.au with:
– Your order number or in-store receipt (photo accepted)
– Photos of the item
– A brief description of the issue
Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
